Start by contacting our team to express your interest in participating. You can reach us via phone, email, or the request form on this website.
Once your request is received, we will send you the Private Placement Memorandum (PPM), subscription forms, and all relevant legal documentation.
To proceed, you’ll need to submit identity verification documents and complete the required KYC and AML forms. This is a standard regulatory step.
After compliance approval, you will sign the Subscription Agreement and any additional forms needed to confirm your commitment.
Wire your investment amount to the fund’s custodial account held with DBS Bank Ltd. Full instructions will be provided.
Upon successful receipt and processing, you will receive official confirmation of your allocation and onboarding into the fund.
Vertex FinCapital is structured as an open-ended, evergreen fund with defined
redemption parameters to support long-term capital alignment.
No redemptions are permitted before May 1, 2027.
Redemptions are allowed once per calendar year, during the year-end window.
A 60-day written notice is required prior to redemption.
Allowed with KYC approval, offering mid-term liquidity without NAV impact.
Vertex FinCapital ensures full transparency through direct, periodic, and event-driven communication.
Sent in June and December with portfolio valuation and performance.
Released after fiscal year-end, prepared by Baker Tilly.
Provided for significant developments like new investments or exits.
